‘Bike Count’ allows all cities to accurately count vehicles and make better informed decisions that benefit cyclists. #50by30 @cyclespaceorg
Long Description
We envision a network of ultra-low cost, low maintenance cameras, easily obtained, installed and scalable, connected to existing open source software and algorithms to provide complete city coverage, collect data, and offer new insights to city planners. Rolling out from 2018 in Baroda, India, via our Bicycle Mayor Nikita Lalwani, ‘Bike Count’ will allow all cities, even those with tiny budgets, to accurately count vehicles, assess road usage, and make better informed decisions that benefit cyclists.
